I would be happy to reccomend this hotel to anyone especially English speaking visitors who do not speak Russian or Ukranian. The reception staff are very friendly and reaally helped me with everything including my transfer to Melitopol and necessarry telephone calls. The rooms are to a very high standard. The food is of very good quality and the level of service in the restuarant is first class. The staff are very attentive and friendly. So to conclude I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff and I will look forward to my next visit very much!
That’s the best hotel in town. I know really a lot of hotels in Europe & in the East : But this hotel is perfect. Price, rooms and the service is a big pleasure. The next stay in Kerson is on my agenda. Of course in the Hotel Diligence. By the way : The BIG suite is amazing. And for this price
I had a great st stay at your hotel. Nataliya helped me order all my meals, and also gave me lots of information about Kherson, made my stay WOW. I also had very good service from two other girls Irina and Alexandra, and the chef is amazing as the food was also WOW. Thanks
The Diligence hotel in Kherson is indead a first-class hotel, the service is very good and the quality of everything is high level. Also the location is very well, in the middle centre, but not noisy att all. I thank all the staff for very good service.
